Featuring a 1.3-inch I.D., our handguard can accommodate most low-profile gas blocks. Mind you, there might be some interference with clamp-on style low-profile gas blocks, but hey, it’s not like they’re the best kind anyway. And when it comes to accessories, M-LOK slots are positioned at the 3, 6, and 9, all manufactured to MAGPUL standards. Which means, any MAGPUL certified accessories will fit properly. Isn’t that convenient?

Each of our Foundation handguards comes with a pre-heat treated, 2-inch length 4140 steel barrel nut. Because nothing screams “rigid, rock-solid accessory mounting” like a heat-treated steel barrel nut, right? Also, it’s nitrided, not phosphated, for those who like to get technical.
