The Magpul MAG247-FDE MBUS Sight is the ultimate low-cost, high-quality back-up sight for your AR-15 or M16. Crafted from durable polymer with color injection molding, this folding sight is both lightweight and rugged. It easily attaches to most 1913 Picatinny-railed hand guards, perfectly designed for the AR15/M16 platform. With its adjustable elevation feature, you can quickly and precisely align your shots. Activate the spring-loaded flip-up sight effortlessly from either side or by pressing the top release. The protective wings safeguard the spring-locking A2 front sight post, ensuring its durability in demanding conditions. Experience the same height over bore as standard A2 sights, providing optimal accuracy. The sight offers 1.6 MOA (1.886″/100m) per click with a 14.5″ sight radius and 1.2 MOA (1.367″/100m) per click with a 20.0″ sight radius, giving you the flexibility for different shooting scenarios. Please note that this front sight cannot be mounted to a railed gas block due to heat issues. Mount it on a railed fore end, on the same plane as the receiver rail, for optimal performance.
